Return policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition:
- It must be new and have labels.
- Never worn or washed.
- Original packaging.
For defective items or packages:
If you find that the item you receive is defective, including:
- Wrong color size, fabric, or pattern.
- Not as described.
- When you receive the package, you find that the packaging is damaged.
- The product is stained or damaged

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and points will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to be issued.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
