Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You have 60 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return and request a refund. For your return to be eligible, the items must be in their original state. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.Please note that items showing signs of damage due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or incorrect care will not qualify for a refund. 
How to Request a Refund
You can submit a refund request directly on the order interface of the selected product. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the relevant order, and look for the “Request Refund” option. Click on it and follow the on screen instructions to provide details such as the reason for the refund.Alternatively, you can also reach out to our dedicated customer support team at support@soolines.com. In your email, clearly state your order number, the reason for the refund request, and provide a detailed description of the items you intend to return. Our customer support representatives will respond promptly to assist you. 
Return Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable). Carefully pack the items you are returning and attach the provided label. Ensure that all items included in the return match the list provided in our approval email. 
Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned items at our designated returns facility, our team will inspect them to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, if everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
